Update from Administrator – November 18, 2020
November 18, 2020
Thank you all for your continued patience and kindness as we go through this crisis. We are happy to announce that visitation continues. The same rules for visitation still exist where appointments must be made in advance and are 30 minutes long, temperature check, answering the questionnaire, as well as wearing of masks. Failure to follow those guidelines outlined by the Department of Public Health (DPH) may result is your visitation privilege being revoked. For those who are unable to visit we continue to offer electronic form of communication to all residents so that they will be able to keep in touch with their loved ones.
Based on our continued testing of residents and staff bi-weekly on 11/14/2020 we came up with two staff members who are positive. Additionally, three positive residents were identified. The unit that is on quarantine unfortunately will not be able to have visitors until 11/24/2020. As a reminder, new admissions who must be on quarantine for 14 days and are also not allowed visitors. The management and staff of Parsons Hill wants to assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your loved ones.
As we progress, the health and safety of our residents and staff remain our highest priority, so we will continue to take proper precautions set forth by CDC and DPH to ensure that all residents remain safe. We also continue to maintain strict infection control protocol such as hand washing, social distancing, sanitizing of high traffic areas, and constant cleaning of the facility and the use of proper PPE. We will continue to work as a team to ensure that all residents are treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
Thank you again for your patience and if there are any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call me at 508-791-4200 or email us at Info@ParsonsHillRHCC.com
Yours Sincerely,
